Job Description
We are seeking professional and reliable Event Security Staff to join our team in Park City, Utah. As a member of our event security team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of guests at various events and venues throughout the area.
- Monitor entry and exit points, controlling access to designated areas
- Patrol event venues to maintain order and prevent unauthorized activities
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with event organizers and local law enforcement when necessary
- Maintain a vigilant presence throughout your shift
- Complete accurate incident reports as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and move quickly when required
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Keen attention to detail and strong observational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in crowd management is a plus
- Conflict resolution skills
