Job OverviewBedrosians is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer / Production Designer responsible for the design and assistance of print and web graphic designs under the supervision of the Marketing Manager as a part of our creative marketing team. Examples of marketing materials include tile sample boards, back labels, tear sheets, emails, package design, price tags and social assets. We're in search of someone who can follow the established design and rules that have been created, but also understand when it's necessary to deviate from those rules, as well as go with the flow and adapt with the changes as they come.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate print and web graphic designs with the direction of Marketing ManagerPrint production of marketing materials that are established by Sr. Design teamWork within a team environment to understand end-user needs and develop practical solutionsQuality assurance of print and web designs prior to print / launchStay up-to-date on design software and design trendsQualificationsAssociates or Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related fieldProficient in : Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignMS Office knowledge a plusMac OSX1-3 years work experience in related fieldMust have excellent understanding of design, layout, and typography principalsAbility to successfully manage multiple design projects and deadlinesHigh attention to detail with attention to spacing, margins and alignment of graphics and typographyStrong organizational skillsGood communication skillsTile / stone or interior design experience is a plusBedrosians is an Equal Opportunity Employer that promotes, for the health of its employees, a Drug-Free Workplace philosophy.
