Job OverviewRetail sales representatives are responsible for working with both retail clients and industry professionals to promote the Bedrosians product line and gain business. You must uphold our high standards of customer service and demonstrate professionalism at all times. You are responsible for educating clients on our products and providing appropriate suggestions and solutions. You are responsible for communicating all company and manufacturer recommendations and warnings for product application and installation. You are responsible for communicating with your clients during every aspect of the sale to ensure their satisfaction, and being ambitious and eager to close a sale and go the extra mile for the customer.DutiesGreet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on their ordersPromote the Bedrosians product lineGain knowledge of all current and new product linesDevelop relationships with industry professionals to increase business Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures Maintain a neat and organized workspace Maintain retail and sample department organization and presentationAssist branch in meeting monthly sales quotas Multitask and prioritize work through effective time managementWork cooperatively in team environmentParticipate in weekly branch meetingsUpsell clients when possibleWork within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives.
