The product we sell is medical safety beds for special needs and disabled children and adults. We sell through a nationwide dealer network across the US and Canada.

- Warranty Processing
- Product Tech support
- Other general questions and assistance to dealers
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working in professional office environment
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email
- Excellent documentation and procedural skills
- Good writing skills
- Mechanical aptitude – basic abilities on how things work and assemble
- Competent with Word, Excel, Email, Online file storage (dropbox, google drive, etc)
- Multi task – frequent interruptions
- College degree a plus but is not necessary if other aptitudes are present.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
