What You'll Do:

Perform professional carpet cleaning and water extraction services for residential and commercial clients.

• Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
• Educate clients on service benefits and additional offerings to maximize value.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily job schedules efficiently.
• Maintain and operate equipment, ensuring a clean and professional work environment.

• Ideal 1 Years of Prior Workforce Experience in one of the following fields: carpet cleaning, professional services / trade work, sales, customer support.
• Clean Driving Record - history free of violations or accidents.
  
  

Work Schedule:

• Summer Season: Expect at least 40 hours per week (give or take) depending on demand.
• Winter Season: Typically around 30 hours per week (give or take) as the workload fluctuates.
• On Call Required: All technicians rotate taking “on call” shifts for 2 weeks at a time which requires you respond to emergency calls (most often floods) at anytime of the day/evening.
