Schedule
Monday - Friday: (Start time: Between 5PM- 8PM)
40 hrs per week. Available to work Saturdays or Sundays if needed.
Duties
- Cleaning floors and other commercial surfaces carpets for large facilities (i.e. commercial office spaces, gymnasiums, clinics, banks and schools)
- Surface Cleaning such as mopping, scrubbing, and shining uncarpeted areas
- Extraction (wet/dry)
- Strip & wax floor
- Carpet spot removal
- Transport equipment, tools and supplies
- Move furniture before/after cleaning
- Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Min 5 years of Floor Technician experience
- A Valid Driver's License
- Positive attitude
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Interest in learning new skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Capability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time as well as regularly lift, push/pull 35-50 pounds
