Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Supervise and train staff on effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
- Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Create and refine sales scripts to increase appointment bookings.
