We are helping our client find Vehicle Operators - Data Collection to maintain vehicle readiness, perform hardware and software tests, and bring a customer service approach to public interactions.
In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing the company's technology with your "safety first" mindset while collecting crucial data.
The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of driving experience, ideally in the field of data collection for autonomous vehicles. You have a working knowledge of Linux Command Line, strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
As a Vehicle Operator - Data Collection, you'll:
- Support vehicle operations and drive 4–8 hours daily.
- Perform basic software operations to support mission requirements.
- Ensure vehicle roadworthiness and cleanliness are maintained.
- Assist in logistical support for vehicle maintenance, movement, and storage.
- Provide written and verbal feedback to the engineering team.
Requirements
- 5 years of driving experience
- Ability to drive for extended periods
- May not have any of the following:
- Moving violations within the past year
- DUI
- Criminal record
- Some experience with the Linux Command Line
- High level of critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous ADAS/autonomous vehicle testing experience
