Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its finance group, which is a structured finance subgroup. This position is open to our Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco and Washington, DC offices.
Education
Bar Admission
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
Experience
Minimum 2 years of structured finance, securitization and / or asset-based lending experience.
Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
