Bee Well Botanicals in Kennesaw, GA is looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Bee Team. We are located at 667 Ernest W. Barrett Pkwy Suite 412.

Founded in 2018, we are passionate about transparency and education. We focus on hemp-derived products in a family-friendly environment. Our hope is to help break the stigma around the Cannabis industry. Our store features a farm-bill compliant Bud Bar.
Our ideal candidate is compassionate, positive, and self-motivated. While we'd love to find someone passionate about the CBD & Cannabis industry, we provide full in-house training for all team members regardless of experience level.
Responsibilities

*Ensuring a high level of customer service for each guest, from greeting to exit. *Assisting customers with selecting items that fit their wellness needs. *Ringing transactions, cash handling. *Recommending, weighing, and bagging hemp flower. *Ensuring store inventory and supplies stay stocked. *Participating in ongoing training and knowledge refreshers as part of our Team Growth. *Sampling products and creating inventory, as needed. *Keeping the story tidy and recovered, cleaning tasks as assigned. *Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications

*High-school diploma or GED *21 due to the nature of the industry *6 months minimum retail experience *Evening & weekend availability required
Preferred Qualifications
*Knowledge of CBD products and industry *Experience in a non-transactional selling environmentWe are looking forward to reviewing your application!
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $15.00/hour.
