Overview
BEE Window is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is integral in ensuring the accuracy of the data that drives critical business decisions. As a liaison between the Call Center and Marketing, the Data Entry Specialist will manage the flow of inquiries and appointments while also tracking key metrics for reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of information through the Data Entry Mailbox, ensuring all inquiries and appointments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Enter and update new customer inquiries into the system.
- Update and maintain appointment records accurately.
- Perform data reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.
- Compile and report key performance metrics as needed by management.
- Answer inbound calls, effectively building trust and rapport with customers.
- Investigate lead ownership to confirm the correct assignment of inquiries.
- Audit data regularly to identify discrepancies and maintain proper file organization.
- Manage calling queues to ensure appropriate follow-up and service delivery.
- Work with vendors and partners to verify inquiry information and update records.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to report any issues or challenges related to data entry.
- Cooperate with team members to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
