Beebe Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Family Medicine Residency Clinic. This exciting role combines the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive primary care services with an opportunity to mentor and collaborate with resident physicians in a team-based educational environment.
Overview:This individual provides direct patient care as the Center's Nurse Practitioner according to established protocols, policies, procedures, and accepted standards of care. Functions within approved scope and credentials as approved by Beebe Medical Center credentialing committee. Follow established nursing standards, procedures, and practices, and gives specific patient care directions to nursing and other staff.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric populations, including prenatal care.
- Diagnose and manage chronic illnesses with a focus on evidence-based practice and preventive care, including immunizations and wellness visits.
- Provide timely documentation and billing using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Contribute to the training and mentorship of resident physicians, fostering a collaborative educational environment.
- Participate in community health initiatives such as health fairs and population health events.

Salary : $117,642 - $170,220
