About the Opportunity
Beech Valley Solutions, LLC is seeking a Tax Expert Partner to lead our tax practice in the Orange County area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and tax technical expertise for consulting and compliance engagements involving complex partnership, S corporation and C corporations.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have pass-through, individual, and estate tax experience, with public accounting experience in Tax at the Senior Manager level or higher. We are open to a hybrid work arrangement, on site 2-3 days per week. Lacerte software experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and tax technical expertise for consulting and compliance engagements
- Attract and retain tax clientele
- Develop managers and staff and serve as a role model
- Collaborate with the assurance practice on all financial statement tax reporting issues
Requirements
- Pass-through, individual, and estate tax experience
- Public accounting experience in Tax at the Senior Manager level or higher
- Open to a hybrid work arrangement, on site 2-3 days per week
- Lacerte software experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Must be a resident of and eligible to work in the United States
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
