What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary Teacher position at Beechwood Elementary School?
Must have valid KY certification in the field of assignment.
Create a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth, to establish effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for elementary grade education, in accordance with each pupil's ability; to establish good relationships with parents and staff. Other relevant duties as assigned.
This position requires a national and state background check on all new hires in the school district. A letter from the Cabinet of Health and Family Services stating that there is no findings of substantiated child abuse or neglect on record, is also required.
