Beechwood Homes is looking for a Full Time Enviornmental Services Aide!
Hours- 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday, rotating weekends
Pay- $15.50/hour

Job Summary: Daily cleaning of areas assigned in accordance with standard procedures of the department. Will use necessary equipment, products, and supplies. Assure the assigned work areas are visibly clean. Follow safety practices when performing tasks and using equipment.
Essential Competencies:
- Perform cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using required methods.
- Dust horizontal surfaces
- Empty waste baskets and remove trash
- Damp wipe clean all furniture
- Clean and polish bathroom fixtures
- Spot clean walls and windows
- Dry and wet mop hard surface floors
- Vacuum carpeted surface floors
- Replenish paper and hand soap
- Maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness and report any needed repairs
- Supply clean linen
- Maintain laundry areas and equipment for cleanliness
- Performs other duties as required by department director.
Working Conditions: Lifts, pushes and pulls hand equipment. On feet most of day. Stoops and reaches in performing tasks.
Personal Qualifications: Must have ability to follow instructions and perform essential duties of the job. Dress according to department standard. Must be able to push and pull a full laundry card weighing between 200-225 lbs.
