Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Task Force General Manager to assist with day to day operations and projects within the management company. The Task Force General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of hotels by providing exceptional guest service, managing staff, and assisting property teams with implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality management
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hotel industry is required
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, phone systems, revenue management, and guest services
- Experience with night audit procedures is preferred
- Proven track record in supervising and motivating a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
