As we expand in the Dallas market, we are looking for a results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, team leadership, and profitability.
Job Summary
The District Manager (DM) will be responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and growth of multiple Beef-a-Roo Stores. The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader with a strong background in multi-unit restaurant management, team development, and sales growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Leadership: Ensure each location operates efficiently, meets company standards, and delivers an outstanding guest experience.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and staff to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
- Sales & Profitability: Analyze sales trends, implement marketing strategies, and drive revenue growth across all locations.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Customer Experience: Ensure consistency in customer service and address guest feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize labor efficiency to maximize profitability.
- Community Engagement: Represent Beef-a-Roo in local communities, building relationships and promoting brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years in multi-unit restaurant management (QSR, fast-casual, or full-service experience preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop managers and teams.
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L management, and food service industry standards.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel between locations as needed and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
