Overview:
Beef-a-Roo, a fast-growing restaurant chain, is seeking an experienced multi-unit District Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing an assigned area and manage Store Managers responsible for the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving financial business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial knowledge to drive and meet EBIDTA targets, leadership skills and a passion for the restaurant industry, with a focus on project management, new store openings and process improvement.
This is a hands-on position expected to be in our stores, supporting the Store Manager. Some remote work is expected in this role during the store-visit rotation. This is not a home-remote position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage area restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Provide leadership to Store Manager and staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Implement strategic planning initiatives aimed at enhancing sales and business development.
- Project management for new store openings within the assigned district.
- Daily monitor financial performance and operations metrics, including cost of goods, sales, revenue targets, labor costs, and customer service satisfaction target goals. Identify areas and make adjustments as necessary to stay on target.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute process improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Train, mentor, develop, and evaluate staff performance to promote professional growth within the team.
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-years experience as a multi-unit leader, managing 2-3 stores, in the quick food service industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and business development strategies.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team building and employee engagement.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, including profit loss statements, to drive operational success.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process enhancement initiatives.
- Ability to travel within the Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas territories. (Ability to relocate is an option)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
