Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of managers across various locations, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business development and increase sales within the district.
- Analyze profit loss statements and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial health.
- Oversee project management initiatives to enhance process improvement across all locations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in operations and customer service.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align district goals with overall company objectives.
Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably within a multi-location environment.
- Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and sales management.
