Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management, including cost control and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in food handling and kitchen management.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock for operations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Requirements
