Job Summary:
Elysian Capital Inc. is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support branding and print design needs across multiple companies and clients. In this role, you’ll work on a diverse range of projects, including but not limited to social media graphics, brand identity design, packaging, and marketing materials. This is a fast-paced, creative environment and the ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tight deadlines on varied creative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine brand identities for multiple clients across different industries, including restaurants and healthcare.
- Design print materials such as brochures, packaging, posters, menus, and advertisements.
- Design digital graphics for social media, email marketing, and websites.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, marketing teams, and upper management to bring creative visions to life while ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Take creative direction efficiently and implement feedback quickly while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and print design best practices.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and print design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and experience with Adobe Express.
- Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
- Ability to adapt designs to different brand aesthetics and industries.
- Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills.
