Beef Northwest is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cattle Procurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, data analysis, and supplier management. The Procurement Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company's procurement function by analyzing data, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Requirements:Skills:
- Basic computer experience in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Delivering and receiving information clearly and concisely in a professional manner

Duties:
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable preparation and reconciliation: Cattle payments and cattle sales, Freight Payments, Invoicing cattle & lot reconciliation in a timely manner daily
- Monthly Accounts reconciliation
- Building various reports outlining cattle performance and sales
- Receiving and compiling information into various filing structures: Online databases and storage; Paperless office
- Building and tracking various agreements: Feed agreements; Cattle contracts;
