Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Restaurant Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and build strong relationships with our guests and local community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our restaurants offerings, enthusiastic about engaging with customers, and dedicated to creating a positive image for our brand. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our restaurant, driving customer engagement, and increasing awareness through both in-person interactions and social media.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Promotion : Represent the restaurant by engaging with customers, promoting our brand, and creating a positive, memorable experience for all guests.
Community Engagement : Participate in local events, sponsorships, and collaborations to help promote the restaurant and build brand visibility in the community.
Social Media & Content Creation : Create and share engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories) that highlights menu items, events, promotions, and behind-the-scenes looks. Engage with followers to increase brand awareness and foster community engagement.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers and local businesses to create brand loyalty. Encourage positive word-of-mouth and online reviews.
Event Support : Assist in organizing and promoting events such as restaurant openings, tastings, or special promotions. Represent the restaurant at community events and support staff with event-related tasks.
Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management on customer preferences, trends, and areas for improvement.
Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the menu, special offerings, and the restaurant's unique features to effectively communicate this information to customers.
Promotional Materials Distribution : Help distribute promotional materials such as flyers, coupons, and branded merchandise at local businesses or events.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or event promotion is a plus.
Passion for the restaurant industry and excitement about sharing our brand with others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking in public and interacting with diverse groups of people.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and ability to create engaging content.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas to promote the brand.
Energetic, outgoing, and positive personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand for extended periods during events and promotional activities.
Ability to carry promotional materials and merchandise as needed.
Compensation :
