Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations - Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives - Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Coordinate and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor financial performance and budgeting - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Plan and execute events, banquets, and catering services - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the facility Skills: - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent customer service skills - Experience in food service or hospitality management - Knowledge of banquet and catering operations - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members - Familiarity with coffee industry trends and practices As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations. Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, coordinating events and catering services, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
