Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to growers and agricultural businesses
- Develop and manage a structured call cadence to nurture leads
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria to identify potential business opportunities
- Schedule and book meetings with qualified leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for meetings held
- Earn bonuses based on the number of meetings successfully scheduled and held
- Base salary with a performance-based bonus structure tied to meetings held

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a consistent outreach cadence
