What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Server position at Beehive Attorney Service?
One individual is needed on a part-time basis to serve legal documents in all of Grand County with the option to spread out to neighboring counties depending upon availability and your willingness to travel.
As a process server you will be delivering legal documents to individuals and entities according to the requirements given by the state of venue and client preferences. Flexible hours are allowed as long as the client requirements and contract parameters are met.
You must be over 21 as required by many states in the US that send documents through our office. You must own or lease your own reliable and insured vehicle, have a smartphone to operate our mobile app, have a printer to retrieve your assigned cases, and you must pass a background check.
Time management, organizational skills, and experience with logistics is a necessity.

Estimated Pay: ~$1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Flexible hours but must be available three days during the week for:
- Day shift (M-F)
- Evening shift (M-F)
- Weekend (as needed or required by client/statute)
Experience:
- Process Service: 1 year required
