We are seeking an experienced Activities Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors - detailed oriented - able to adapt to change - Excellent communication skills - Strong organizational skills - self-motivated. This position requires the ability to manage schedules - follow a monthly, daily and annual activity calendar - social media engagement and interaction. Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program for residents - Manage schedules and coordinate transportation for outings and appointments - Plan and help organize events such as parties, games, and other social activities - Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities.
