Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Maintenance person/Bus Driver to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bus along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the safety of passengers by conducting pre-trip inspections and maintaining the bus in good working condition.
- Assist Resident's and other passengers in boarding and disembarking the bus, providing support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, staff, house managers, activity personal, administrator, and owner.
- Maintain accurate records of daily routes, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Be prepared to assist with emergency situations as required.
- Maintenance duties in our Assisted Living Facilities.
- Maintenance includes, but not limited to painting, flooring, moving furniture, fixing appliances.
- Working with third party companies.
Requirements
- Experience working with seniors or in customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in bus driving or paratransit services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
- A commitment to safety and a passion for helping others is essential for this role.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
