What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Care Assistant position at Beehive Homes Assisted Living?
BeeHive Homes of Mesquite is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our team. As a smaller, residential-style assisted living home, we take pride in providing personalized, high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. We currently have a full-time position available: a swing shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday.
Caregivers at BeeHive support residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, and participating in life-enriching activities. This role is ideal for someone who finds joy in caring for others and values meaningful, one-on-one connections with residents. To be considered, applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to pass a background check, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Clear communication skills, the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions, basic computer knowledge, and a professional appearance are also required.
