What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Beehive Homes Assisted Living?
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to residents in a timely manner
- Provide excellent guest service and address any concerns or special requests
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Help with dishes
Experience:
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents and team members
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
