BeeHive Homes of Maple Grove, a locally owned and operated 41-suite memory care home, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our dedicated care team. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for memory care and assisted living.
- Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
- Lead, mentor, and support our team of nurses and CNAs to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with families and medical professionals.
- Monitor health outcomes, address concerns proactively, and advocate for resident well-being.
- Coordinate training and ongoing education for nursing staff to uphold best practices in dementia care.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Minnesota (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for mentoring staff.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in assisted living and dementia care.
- Excellent communication skills and a heart for serving seniors.
