Care Team Members in our home focus on doing their best work, with their best attitude, to provide the best care to elderly residents in need of assistance with activities of daily living and memory care. As a care team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents are well cared for, groomed, and prepared to enjoy the day. Communication, both written and verbal, with other team members and supervisors is necessary to ensure residents are monitored for changing needs.
* ADLs and Resident Needs as Outlined in the Care Plans
* Home Cleaning and Laundry
* Cooking Meals
* Assist Residents with Physical, Social, Emotional, Spritual, Intellectual Needs
* Communicate and Find Solutions
Summary
As a Caregiver, you will be essential in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Reporting to a designated supervisor, you will implement care plans and utilize your core skills in caregiving, along with premium skills such as patient observation and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Your experience in home and community care, along with your knowledge of first aid and cleaning, will enhance the quality of care provided. Qualifications
- Proven experience in caregiving and patient observation
- Knowledge of home and community care practices
- Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Familiarity with cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Experience in implementing care plans
- Background in customer service, a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
