Med Passer/Caregiver

* Perform ADLs

* Cook / assist in preparing delicious homemade meals

* Lead / assist with activities and exercises to engage residents throughout the day

* Clean the home, rooms, and laundry

* Stay organized and manage time well

* Pay attention to details within the home and engage the team in cooperation

* Support team members and families as you care for residents in the best possible way

* Eager to grow yourself and grow with our team as we expand into a second home

Responsibilities:

As a Care Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

• Engage in meaningful communication with residents and colleagues.
• Manage varied tasks including personal care, medication administration, housekeeping, meal prep, and engaging activities.
• Address the comprehensive needs—physical, emotional, spiritual—of residents.
• Uphold a clean, inviting living space.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience. (Preferred)
• WI CBRF Certifications (Standard Precautions and Med Passer Required).
• Comfort and confidence in passing meds accurately and on time
• Good time management and communication skills
• Ready to take accountability and prepared to grow and improve
• Reliable transportation to Mount Horeb, WI 53572

Job Details:

• Salary: starting at $17.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications
• Expected Hours: 24-40 per week
