Med Passer / NOC Caregiver

Job Description:

As a Care Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

• Engage in meaningful, respectful communication with residents and team members.
• Manage varied tasks including personal care, medication administration, housekeeping, meal prep, and calming activities.
• Address the comprehensive needs—physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, etc—of residents.
• Uphold a clean, inviting living space, both in presence and energy
• Participate in team meetings, shift reports, ongoing training, and other communications with positive intent, personal accountability, and ideas for improvement

Responsibilities:

* Provide loving care, respect, and dignity to aging adults needing assitance with activities of daily living

* Follow processes and procedures, share ideas for collaboration and improvement, be willing to grow professionally and personally

* Stay organized, manage time well, ensure residents have what they need and the team is set up for the next task

* Cook, clean, complete laundry, pay attention to details to maintain a clean, welcoming home

* Communicate clearly and respectfully

Requirements:

• At least one year of caregiving experience (Required)
• At least one year of customer service experience (Preferred)
• All WI CBRF Certifications (Required)
• Reliable transportation to Mount Horeb, WI 53572
• Availability to work every other weekend

Job Details:

• Salary: starting at $17.00 per hour, increase based on experience and certifications
• Expected Hours: 16-32 per week
