Responsibilities:

As a Care Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

• Engage in meaningful communication with residents and colleagues.
• Manage varied tasks including personal care, medication administration, housekeeping, meal prep, and maintaining nightly routines.
• Address the comprehensive needs—physical, emotional, spiritual—of residents.
• Uphold a clean, inviting living space.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience. (Preferred)
• WI CBRF Certifications (Standard Precautions and Med Passer Required).
• Comfort and confidence in passing meds accurately and on time
• Good time management and communication skills
• Flexibility to work occasional additional hours before or after NOC shift, if needed
• Reliable transportation to Mount Horeb, WI 53572

Job Details:

• Salary: starting at $17.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications
• Expected Hours: ranging from 32-40 per week
