Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality care to our residents in a personal care home setting. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Duties
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support residents with mobility, including lifting and transferring as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate staff members.
- Follow all safety protocols, including First Aid procedures when necessary.
- Respect and uphold resident rights at all times.
- Administer medications as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care or personal care home settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with systems related to caregiving and resident management is a plus.
- Knowledge of social work principles can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- CNA license is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
