Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform custodial tasks including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all areas of the facility.
• Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed to ensure freshness and cleanliness.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain an organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of custodial practices and techniques.
• Proficiency in laundering techniques for various fabrics.
• Ability to sanitize surfaces effectively to promote health and safety.
• Experience with carpet cleaning methods is preferred.
• Previous or commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic housekeeping management skills to oversee tasks effectively.
• Ability to cook may be an added advantage for certain settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
