Job Title: Team Member

Reports To: Supervisor

The objective of this position is to interact with Beehive guests in a cheerful, positive, and professional manner, while executing all activities required for the successful operation of Beehive

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the facility: act immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of guests.

• Maintain calm attitude in a high-energy, high-volume, high-noise environment

• Pay complete attention to the attractions at all times and be very interactive with the customers.

• Keep participants under control. Maintain safety of ALL guests.

• Communicate park rules to all participants. Respond to customers in a friendly and calm way

• Maintain positive relations with guests, but firm and command respect.

• Perform various maintenance duties as directed. Help maintain a clean and safe facility.

• Attend regular scheduled staff meetings.

• Presents a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.

• To monitor the facility’s conformity to provincial fire and safety regulations.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be 17 years of age or older

• Ability to provide excellent customer service

• Must be availability weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
