Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This person will be the go-to utility player on the Finance team and cross-functional leaders – with the primary focus to deliver fast and actionable insights. This position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, financial modeling, ROI and investment analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to actionable operational decisions through detailed financial reporting and analysis. This role reports directly into the Sr. Manager of Strategic Finance.
Beehive Industries is a rapidly growing company. This means you will be wearing multiple hats and taking on new and exciting challenges every day with a team player mindset. You are an Excel and PowerPoint powerhouse; you love building financial models telling the story and proving the strategy with numbers (you hardly ever use your mouse in Excel because you know all the shortcuts). You will be successful if you are resilient, have a can-do attitude, aren’t afraid of messy data, you get excited about finding solutions to difficult problems, and enjoy the continuous learning curve of a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Core Responsibilities
If this sounds like you, please submit an application with your resume. This could be the opportunity you are looking for to expand your skills, contribute to a winning team, and work with talented people who love what they do and take pride in our mission.
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
Beehive Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes group Medical, Dental, Life, and Short and Long-Term disability coverage from day one. We also offer a generous 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a Company match. Every role at Beehive Industries is bonus eligible, and will also receive equity in the company.
