Job Description: We are seeking talented and experienced Plumbing Salespeople to join our team. As Plumbing Salespeople, you will be responsible for diagnosing, plumbing systems in residential properties and offering solutions that meet and exceed customer's needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and customer-focused professional to showcase their skills and contribute to our team’s success.

What we need done:

• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Use engaging personality to establish customer rapport and trust in order to provide the best possible service and solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Understand personal and team goals and contribute daily to meet and exceed them.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.
• Embrace continuous learning and participate in training and development programs.
• Uphold safety standards and follow proper procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Who we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Plumbing License.
• 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Knowledgeable of residential plumbing systems and codes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.
• Engaging personality that blends well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Competitive individual contributor who loves to win as a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check.
