Customer Service Specialist - Front Counter

Duties will include; answering phones, clear radio communications, checking customers in & out, calling accounts receivable and collections, taking payments, filing, misc. office cleaning (taking out trash, wiping down counters, once a week bathroom, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.). Must be through and efficient in insuring correct hours, times & equipment number on contract, managing reservations, making popcorn, responding to emails and voicemails, invoicing customers, updating sales flyers, data entry, multitasking and posting marketing ads online. Monday-Friday 7 AM- 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM- 12PM

Tuesday or Thursday is available for off day.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 3 SATURDAYS A MONTH OR DO NOT APPLY

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
