About the Role

As our Social Media Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in amplifying BeeKonnected’s brand presence across all digital platforms. This is an entry-level position with tremendous growth potential, perfect for someone ready to launch their marketing career with a company that’s redefining the future of business networking.

What You’ll Do

• Create Compelling Content: Craft attention-grabbing stories using images, videos, posts, and interactive content that showcase BeeKonnected’s members, partners, and vision.
• Video Production: Capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video content, managing all phases from pre-production to post-production (filming, editing, color correction, sound design, etc.).
• Trend Research: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry and social media trends to inspire innovative content ideas.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments to ensure cohesive messaging and on-brand campaigns.
• Analyze Performance: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies for maximum impact.
• Build Community: Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and foster a sense of belonging among our followers.
• Innovate Outside the Box: Be the creative force behind out-of-the-box ideas, curating trend-setting content that keeps our audience coming back for more.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to start remotely then transition to working in-office once we move to an office location in the near future.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a team-first mentality.
• A passion for storytelling and creativity in digital spaces.
• Basic skills in video editing, graphic design, and content creation tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and trends.
• A proactive approach to learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
