- Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in-store or via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized consultations to explain the benefits of Beem light saunas and red light therapy.
- Sales Performance:
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Demonstrate products during in-store or virtual appointments to highlight their value.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product features, wellness trends, and industry developments.
- Share expertise to empower customers to make informed decisions.
- Brand Ambassadorship:
- Actively promote Beem’s mission and values through exceptional customer service.
- Participate in events, workshops, and social media campaigns to elevate brand awareness.
- Operational Duties:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Process transactions, track inventory, and manage customer inquiries.
- Passion for Wellness: Genuine enthusiasm for light therapy, health, and wellness.
