Job Overview:
As a Sauna Attendant, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the sauna spaces are clean, well-maintained, and prepared for each session. You’ll assist clients with questions, guide them through their sessions, and help create an inviting and peaceful atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
- Prepare sauna rooms, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and stocked with towels and amenities.
- Provide clients with an overview of the sauna experience, explain the benefits of infrared and red light therapy, and answer any questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio, including the lounge and changing areas.
- Ensure each client’s experience is relaxing, comfortable, and personalized to their needs.
- Help with retail sales, promote services, and provide information on memberships and products.
- Track client appointments, assist with scheduling, and handle payments as needed.
- Work as part of a team to create an upbeat, welcoming environment for both clients and fellow staff.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about health, wellness, and self-care.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitization protocols.
- Attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability are a must.
- Experience in a spa, wellness center, or similar environment is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends.
