We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in delivering outstanding client experiences while driving revenue growth.
As an Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging Beeontrade’s innovative solutions to optimize their supply chains and solve their most pressing challenges. You’ll play a critical role in acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and contributing to the scalability of our operations through a consultative and strategic approach.
Your Responsibilites
- Proactively consult with clients to understand their supply chain needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present Beeontrade’s products and services, emphasizing the value of technology in the logistics industry.
- Generate a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and creative prospecting methods.
- Acquire new clients and drive their continuous growth through remote and in-person meetings.
- Maintain a structured approach to pricing, bid delivery, and client communication in a highly competitive environment.
- Navigate a dynamic sales environment with multinational trading companies in centuries-old commodity markets.
- Collaborate with the Global Operations team to ensure client success and revenue generation.
- Help build and refine a scalable sales and operations playbook for future expansion.
- Identify and target ideal-fit clients, leveraging both self-prospected leads and those generated by SDRs.
- Close deals by effectively addressing client pain points and demonstrating the value of Beeontrade’s solutions.
- Lead client onboarding by coordinating with internal resources and teams for seamless implementation.
- Retain and expand revenue within your book of business while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Lead a squad in partnership with a Client Success Manager to drive client success and achieve revenue targets.
- Engage in weekly training and feedback sessions with the Sales Engineer to refine strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales within freight forwarding (mandatory), logistics, or commodity trading, with a focus on the U.S. market (SMB/Mid-market).
- A strategic and consultative mindset, with a strong understanding of freight forwarding principles and the ability to offer value-driven solutions.
- Proven track record of success, including the ability to achieve a minimum 10% close ratio for every two SQLs and generate $800k in annual revenue.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong presence both over the phone and in person.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to solving problems, improving processes, and driving innovation.
- A competitive mindset with a drive to win clients from competitors while thriving in collaborative team environments.
- A deep commitment to client satisfaction, ensuring success by delivering exceptional service and results.
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
