This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-person visits, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop customized logistics solutions based on client needs.
Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets through a structured sales approach.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless service execution.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in freight forwarding sales (mandatory).
- Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
- Proven success in acquiring and managing new accounts.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
