As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing daily freight forwarding operations, optimizing supply chain workflows, and leading operational teams to drive business success. ✅ Oversee and manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

✅ Optimize workflows to improve transit times, cost efficiency, and overall operational performance.

✅ Manage carrier and vendor relationships, ensuring competitive pricing and service reliability.

✅ Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and industry standards.

✅ Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration between Sales, Customer Service, and Warehousing.

✅ Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

✅ Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline logistics execution.

✅ Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

• 4 years of experience in freight forwarding operations (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and supply chain management.
• Experience managing ocean, air, and ground freight shipments.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and operational software.
