Job Description:
As a Server at The Fat Pigeon, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing excellent service, detailed knowledge of our menu, and a welcoming attitude. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the overall atmosphere and success of our bar.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in periodically and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies.
- Process payments accurately, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
