Responsibilities :
- Build positive relationships with guests
- Develop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus, as well as beverage recipes
- Accurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer order
- Clean and sanitize all workspaces and food / beverage surfaces per restaurant protocols
- Provide safe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifying signs of intoxication
- Become Knowledgeable About the Good Food Rewards Program and Manage in Accordance with Company Policy
- Manage Guest Checkout Process by Efficiently and Responsibly Handling Cash and Credit Card Transactions
- Effectively Communicate with Serving, Kitchen, and Management Teams to Provide Quality Customer Service
- Mix cocktails - following house recipes while using correct measurements for liquor pours
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with Health Department Regulations
