We are looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused servers to join our team! You will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering top notch service, taking accurate order, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Greet guests warmly and promptly creating a welcoming atmosphere
-Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
-Deliver orders in a timely manner while ensuring quality and presentation
-Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients, allergens and specials
-Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and service areas
-Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines
-Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
-Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed
